Share and Celebrate

Rebecca Catlos is a mission-driven professional, military officer, and community leader whose unwavering dedication to service, excellence, and personal growth sets her apart. As the Marketing Director for JLC Services Inc., Rebecca plays a pivotal role in expanding access to cutting-edge eTMS (electroencephalogram Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment across multiple states, focusing on improving the lives of veterans, first responders, and individuals struggling with mental health conditions. Her leadership is instrumental in raising awareness, developing impactful strategies, and ensuring the success of life-changing initiatives.

Rebecca's impressive journey is rooted in both business and military service. A Spring 2024 graduate of Youngstown State University with a 4.0 GPA, she earned a BSBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, with a minor in Entrepreneurship and a certificate in Enterprise Research Planning. In December 2024, she was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force after graduating from Officer Training School, a rare honor achieved outside traditional military recruitment pathways. As Officer in Charge of Student Flight at the 121st Air Refueling Wing, she leads and mentors over 40 recruits, ensuring their readiness for Basic Military Training.

Deeply committed to service above self, Rebecca has devoted hundreds of volunteer hours to campus organizations, community projects, and charitable events. During her time at YSU, she held numerous leadership positions, including President of the Women’s Rugby Club, Vice President of several business and leadership organizations, and Ambassador for the Ignite Program, where she helped over 500 new students transition into college life. She also spearheaded efforts like the Cornhole for Charity tournament and supports events benefiting veterans and underserved communities.

Rebecca’s accomplishments have earned her significant recognition, including the YSU Pin Award, WCBA Senior Leadership Award, and Sokolov Honors College Distinguished Graduate honor. She is also a National Collegiate Rugby Scholastic All-American, a Junior Achievement Keynote Speaker, and a certified Lean Green Belt. Despite her many accolades, she remains focused on growth, planning to pursue a master’s degree and continuing her leadership development within the Air National Guard.

With an unrelenting drive to serve, inspire, and lead, Rebecca Catlos exemplifies the heart of the 25 Under 35 Award. Her career success, military service, and community impact reflect a young professional whose legacy is already shaping lives for the better across the Mahoning Valley and beyond.
