2025 MVYP 25 Under 35 Honoree

Danielle Adair is a visionary nonprofit executive, community advocate, and operations leader whose career has been defined by compassion, strategy, and purpose. As the Director of Operations at Help Network of Northeast Ohio, Danielle oversees the day-to-day and long-term initiatives of one of the region’s most essential crisis intervention agencies, operating both the #211 Information & Referral line and the #988 National Suicide Hotline. In this role, she leads marketing, HR, policy development, grant writing, quality assurance, fundraising, and serves as the agency’s Alternative Corporate Compliance Officer. In 2023, she raised the highest revenue in the 14-year history of the organization’s annual golf outing, a testament to her dedication and drive.
A proud two-time graduate of Youngstown State University, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership, with distinction as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honor Society. She also earned certificates in both Nonprofit Leadership and Entrepreneurship, reflecting her focus on mission-driven innovation. Danielle’s professional background also includes serving as the Operations Manager at YSU’s Kilcawley Center and Marketing & Special Events Coordinator at Easter Seals of Mahoning, Trumbull & Columbiana Counties, where she cultivated her expertise in strategic planning, public relations, and community engagement.
Danielle’s leadership extends far beyond her professional title. She currently serves as President of the Youngstown Restoration and Opportunity Center (YoRoc), Vice President of the Northeast Ohio Homeowners’ Association, Secretary of Friends of Youngstown, and as a Board Member of CommUNITY Initiative. She also supports civic leadership by serving as Executive Assistant to the First Ward Councilman. Danielle is a graduate of the Leadership Academy, an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and is currently exploring PhD programs to further her education and influence.
Recognized with the YSU APAS Distinguished Service Award, Danielle is known for her uplifting presence, infectious energy, and ability to bring people together around meaningful causes. Whether she’s leading performance improvement efforts, advocating for mental health, or representing Help Network at community events, Danielle’s work is always guided by empathy, integrity, and a relentless commitment to creating positive change. Her accomplishments, community leadership, and inspiring spirit make her a deserving honoree of the 2025 MVYP 25 Under 35 Awards.
